How to make a Sangria
To make a Sangria, build over ice in a highball glass: 11 oz red wine, 6 oz simple syrup, 8 oz orange juice, 8 oz lemon juice, 1 cloves and 1 cinnamon.

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

Pour in red wine, simple syrup, orange juice, lemon juice, cloves and cinnamon.

Stir briefly to mix.
Why build it in the glass? Red wine, simple syrup and orange juice only need a gentle stir, so there's no shaker to wash.
No simple syrup? Muddle ½ cup sugar with a splash of water in the glass until it dissolves, then carry on.
