How to make a Strawberry Lemonade
To make a Strawberry Lemonade, blend with ice and pour into a highball glass: 1½ oz lemon, ¾ oz simple syrup, 8-10 ripe strawberries and 8 oz water.
Contains no alcohol as written. If you need to avoid alcohol completely, check labels: some products sold as non-alcoholic, like beers, wines and bitters, can contain small amounts.

Instructions

Add strawberries, lemon juice, simple syrup and water to a blender with about a cup of ice.

Blend until smooth, about 20-30 seconds (add a little more ice if you want it thicker).

Pour into a highball glass.
Why blend? Blending lemon juice and simple syrup with ice gives a smooth, frozen texture.
No simple syrup? Blend in 3 tsp sugar instead.
