How to make a Victory Collins
To make a Victory Collins, shake with ice and strain into a highball glass: 1½ oz vodka, 3 oz lemon juice, 3 oz grape juice and ¼ oz simple syrup. Garnish with orange.

Add vodka, lemon juice, grape juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice cubes.

Garnish with an orange wheel.
Why shake? Lemon juice and grape juice need a hard shake to mix and chill properly.
No simple syrup? Muddle 1 tsp sugar with a splash of water in the shaker until it dissolves, then carry on.
