How to make a Thai Coffee
To make a Thai Coffee, build in a highball glass: 3 oz coffee, 1 dash coriander, 4-5 whole green cardamom, ¼ oz simple syrup and whipping cream.

Pour into a highball glass: coffee, coriander, cardamom, simple syrup and whipping cream.

Stir briefly to mix.
Why build it in the glass? Coffee, coriander and cardamom only need a gentle stir, so there's no shaker to wash.
No simple syrup? Muddle 1 tsp sugar with a splash of water in the glass until it dissolves, then carry on.
