How to make a Frappé
To make a Frappé, blend with ice and pour into a highball glass: 4 oz coffee, 4 oz milk and ⅓ oz simple syrup.
Contains no alcohol as written. If you need to avoid alcohol completely, check labels: some products sold as non-alcoholic, like beers, wines and bitters, can contain small amounts.

Instructions

Add coffee, milk and simple syrup to a blender with about a cup of ice.

Blend until smooth, about 20-30 seconds (add a little more ice if you want it thicker).

Pour into a highball glass.
Why blend? Blending coffee and milk with ice gives a smooth, frozen texture.
No simple syrup? Blend in 1½ tsp sugar instead.
