How to make a Turkeyball
To make a Turkeyball, shake with ice and strain into a shot glass: 1 oz wild turkey, ¾ oz Amaretto and ¼ oz pineapple juice.

- Amaretto¾ oz
- Pineapple juice¼ oz

Chill a shot glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

Add Wild Turkey, amaretto and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into the chilled shot glass.
Why shake? Pineapple juice needs a hard shake to mix and chill properly.
