How to make a Butterfly Effect

To make a Butterfly Effect, blend with ice and pour into a hurricane glass: 1⅔ oz raspberry vodka, ¾ oz cranberry juice, ¾ oz lemonade, ⅓ oz Blue Curacao, ⅓ oz simple syrup and lime juice. Garnish with mint.

    Add raspberry vodka, cranberry juice, lemonade, blue curacao, simple syrup and lime juice to a blender with about a cup of ice.

    Blend until smooth, about 20-30 seconds (add a little more ice if you want it thicker).

    Pour into a hurricane glass.

    Garnish with a mint sprig.

Why blend? Blending raspberry vodka and cranberry juice with ice gives a smooth, frozen texture.
