How to make a Zombie
To make a Zombie, blend with ice and pour into a hurricane glass: 1½ oz rum, 1½ oz gold rum, 1 oz 151 proof rum, ¼ oz Pernod, ¼ oz grenadine, ¼ oz lime juice and 1 dash Angostura Bitters.

Add rum, gold rum, 151 proof rum, Pernod, grenadine, lime juice and Angostura bitters to a blender with about a cup of ice.

Blend until smooth, about 20-30 seconds (add a little more ice if you want it thicker).

Why blend? Blending rum and gold rum with ice gives a smooth, frozen texture.
