To make a Bacardi Cocktail, shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass: 1¾ oz light rum, 1 oz lime juice, 3 dashes simple syrup and 1 dash grenadine.

Chill a cocktail glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

Add light rum, lime juice, simple syrup and grenadine to a cocktail shaker.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.
