How to make a Strawberry Daiquiri
To make a Strawberry Daiquiri, shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass: ½ oz Strawberry schnapps, 1 oz light rum, 1 oz lime juice, ¼ oz simple syrup and 1 oz strawberries.

Chill a cocktail glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

Add strawberries and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and press gently with a muddler or the end of a wooden spoon to mash it.

Add strawberry schnapps, light rum and lime juice to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
Why shake? Lime juice needs a hard shake to mix and chill properly.
No simple syrup? Muddle 1 tsp sugar in with the strawberries instead.
