About 22% ABV after mixing with ice, stronger than wine, lighter than a neat spirit.

Shaken: lime juice needs a hard shake to mix and chill properly.
What can I use instead of triple sec?
Cointreau or Grand Marnier will work.
How do I make a pitcher of Pegu Clubs?
For 6 drinks, mix 9 oz gin, 4½ oz Orange Curacao, 4½ oz lime juice, ¼ oz Angostura Bitters and ¼ oz Orange Bitters in a jug and chill it. Add 3⅔ oz of cold water to stand in for the dilution from shaking. Pour over fresh ice to serve.
