How to make a White Lady
To make a White Lady, shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass: 1⅓ oz gin, 1 oz Triple Sec and ⅔ oz lemon juice.

Chill a cocktail glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

Add gin, triple sec and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
Why shake? Lemon juice needs a hard shake to mix and chill properly.
