How to make a Corpse Reviver
To make a Corpse Reviver, shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass: ¾ oz gin, ¾ oz Triple Sec, ¾ oz lillet blanc, ¾ oz lemon juice and 1 dash absinthe.

- Lemon Juice¾ oz

Chill a cocktail glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

Add gin, triple sec, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice and absinthe to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
Why shake? Lemon juice needs a hard shake to mix and chill properly.

Can I make Corpse Revivers in a batch?
Yes. For 6 drinks, mix 4½ oz gin, 4½ oz Triple Sec, 4½ oz lillet blanc, 4½ oz lemon juice and ¼ oz absinthe in a jug and chill it. Add 3⅔ oz of cold water to stand in for the dilution from shaking. Pour over fresh ice to serve.
