You'll need

1 drink

Pairs well with: Simple syrup · All syrups

Instructions

  1. 1

Rim the glass: run a lime or lemon wedge around the outside edge, then roll the edge in salt on a small plate.

  2. 2

Add yoghurt, water, simple syrup and lemon juice to a blender with about a cup of ice.

  3. 3

Blend until smooth, about 20-30 seconds (add a little more ice if you want it thicker).

  4. 4

    Pour into a highball glass.

Why blend? Blending yoghurt and water with ice gives a smooth, frozen texture.

No simple syrup? Blend in 4 tbsp sugar instead.
