How to make a Long Island Iced Tea

To make a Long Island Iced Tea, build over ice in a highball glass: ½ oz vodka, ½ oz tequila, ½ oz light rum, ½ oz gin and 1 dash coca-cola. Garnish with lemon peel.

You'll need

1 drink

Instructions

  1. 1

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.

  2. 2

Pour in vodka, tequila, light rum and gin.

  3. 3

    Top with Coca-Cola.

  4. 4

    Give it one gentle stir.

  5. 5

    Garnish with a lemon twist.

Why build it in the glass? Nothing here needs shaking, and pouring straight in keeps the Coca-Cola fizzy.
