How to make a Chocolate Monkey

To make a Chocolate Monkey, blend with ice and pour into a hurricane glass: 1½ oz Banana liqueur, 3 oz Creme de Cacao, 2 oz chocolate ice-cream, 1 oz chocolate syrup, 4 oz chocolate milk, 1 oz whipped cream and 1 piece banana. Garnish with cherry.

    Add banana, banana liqueur, creme de cacao, chocolate ice-cream, chocolate syrup, chocolate milk and whipped cream to a blender with about a cup of ice.

    Blend until smooth, about 20-30 seconds (add a little more ice if you want it thicker).

    Pour into a hurricane glass.

    Garnish with a cherry.

Why blend? Blending banana liqueur and creme de cacao with ice gives a smooth, frozen texture.
