To make a Bahama Mama, build over ice in a highball glass: ¾ oz rum, ¼ oz dark rum, ¼ oz Banana liqueur, ¼ oz grenadine, ½ oz pineapple juice, ½ oz orange juice and ¼ oz sweet and sour.
