How to make a Zoksel
To make a Zoksel, build over ice in a pint glass: beer, 3 oz root beer, lemonade, 3 oz 7-up and Creme de Cassis. Garnish with coca-cola and lemon.
You'll need
- Beersplash (¼ oz)
- Root beer3 oz
- Lemonadesplash (¼ oz)
- 7-Up3 oz
- Creme de Cassissplash (¼ oz)
- Coca-Cola, Lemongarnish
Instructions
- 1
Fill a pint glass with ice cubes.
- 2
Pour in beer, lemonade and creme de cassis.
- 3
Top with root beer and 7-Up.
- 4
Give it one gentle stir.

Why build it in the glass? Nothing here needs shaking, and pouring straight in keeps the root beer and 7-Up fizzy.
