How to make a Yellow Bird
To make a Yellow Bird, shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass: 1 oz white rum, ½ oz Galliano, ½ oz Triple Sec and ½ oz lime juice.

Chill a cocktail glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

Add white rum, Galliano, triple sec and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
Why shake? Lime juice needs a hard shake to mix and chill properly.
