How to make a Stone Sour
To make a Stone Sour, shake with ice and strain into a sour glass: 1 oz Apricot brandy, 1 oz orange juice and 1 oz sweet and sour.

Chill a sour glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

Add apricot brandy, orange juice and sweet and sour to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into the chilled sour glass.
Why shake? Orange juice and sweet and sour need a hard shake to mix and chill properly.
