How to make a Bellini Martini

To make a Bellini Martini, shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass: 3 oz vodka, 1½ oz peach nectar and 1½ oz Peach schnapps. Garnish with lemon peel.

    Chill a cocktail glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

    Add vodka, peach nectar and peach schnapps to a cocktail shaker.

    Fill the shaker with ice.

    Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

    Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.

    Garnish with a lemon twist.
