How to make an Abbey Cocktail
To make an Abbey Cocktail, shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass: 1½ oz gin, 1 dash Orange bitters and ⅔ oz orange. Garnish with cherry.

Chill a cocktail glass: fill it with ice and water while you mix, then tip it out.

Add gin, orange bitters and orange juice to a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake hard for 10-15 seconds, until the outside is frosty.

Strain into the chilled cocktail glass.
